A few key reminders:
- Keep your posture correct at all times.
- If you feel off for any reason, maybe due to your posture or weight put the bar down and readjust.
- Perform all exercises in order.
- Your rest period should be long enough to catch your breath.
- Perform 5 sets of exercises in order.
10 Deadlifts
10 Front squats
25 Pushups
10 Bent over rows
After performing your 5 sets grab a pair of 30lb dumbbells for 30 curls, followed by 30 dips.
