- 7:300 am - 5 egg whites, 1 cup oatmeal
- 10:30 am - 1 cup cottage cheese, 2 slices whole wheat bread
- 12:30 am - Workout
- 1:30 pm Whey Protein Shake with Glutamine
- 2:30 pm - 8 oz. chicken breast, 1 cup brown rice / quinoa
- 6:00pm - 8 oz. salmon 1 cup brown rice / quinoa
- 9:00pm - Casein Protein Shake with Glutamine
