The objective is simple, perform every exercise for one minute before moving on to the next. The challenge lies in performing a 7 minute routine for 5 rounds. Who needs machines, barbells, dumbbells, and plates. After all if you can't hold your weight, maybe you should go back to square one and evaluate where you went wrong.
